Rudedog, I wanted to respond to the Radio Shack vs. Be Direct and buy from Dell issue.

There is not a Dell wonderland where Dell can do no wrong. I am a shareholder who is long on Dell. Dell's business model has been efficient and unduplicated by others, although the competitors have tried. Dell and Gateway have been the most successful at selling direct. The others are still trying.

Customer Service is a huge issue. I am seeing a trend in the world today. What I see is change to a "who cares about anyone else attitude." That is evident when I shop. I bought at a national chain the first time I bought a computer. I bought a Compaq, a few years ago, but I bought my last computer, Direct from Dell.

What I see in an opportunity for the company with great products and excellent customer service to get the sales. I have had an excellent customer experience. I have had to talk to customer service and they have been very prompt and very attentive. That is the way people used to do business.
