T S TELECOM LTD ("TOM-V") - Subsidiary Signed Contracts for Gas Turbine Generators

T S Telecom Ltd. is pleased to announce that it's subsidiary, T S International Ltd. ("T S International") has signed a
sales contract on July 20, 2000 with an independent third party for its newly launched product - gas turbine generator.
The sales contract, amounted to approximately Cad$3,275,000 (RMB18,576,800), is for the provision of two units of
QD30C gas turbine generators of 2,400 kilowatt output power, to be installed in a new fixed-network telephone station of
the Shantou Telephone Bureau of China Telecom.

The generators will be assembled and packaged by D & T Engineering Co., Ltd., T S International's 45% equity joint
venture factory in Harbin. To cope with future production, T S International signed an agreement on July 14, 2000 with
Turbomeca Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., to acquire a minimum of 10 units of their 900 kilowatt to 1500 kilowatt MAKILA-TI
turboshaft gas turbine engine core for a total of approximately Cad$5,353,680 (EURO 3,887,450) in the next five years.
Turbomeca Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., is a subsidiary of Turbomeca SA, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture
of small and medium size gas turbines for industrial and military purposes with 1999 annual revenue of approximately
Cad$657 million (Fr3.17 billion).

T S International is currently conducting a nationwide road show in China and has received positive feedback from
telephone operators of the mainland. T S International is in negotiation of signing additional sales contracts to provide
