Only 10am? Sheesh... the game starts at 3:30pm here, barely enough time to get all of my various chili batches finished and on high simmer... this year I'm making 7 different types of chili for our guests... 7 different reasons to drink more beer! And bowls of Tums and Zantac in strategic locations throughout the house. This year I'm going with Leffe Blonde Belgian ale (I found a great discount on it locally for just $24/case of bottles -- it normally sells for about $36/case -- one of my favorites)... and of course, I have two blenders set up for making margaritas for the non-beer imbibers... our house has become the favorite for SB parties because it is an easy 4 block walk to a light rail station that connects with everything going north/south/east/west and most people don't even need to drive.
