re: I felt that last year there was too much diversion... I am not being critical here as hindsight is a useless measuring stick. Rather I see the management changes with T. Meredith and P. Bell (Europe) as a reflection of a needed answer to Dell's growth and additional market complexity. Also it was nice to see additional supply tiers being added onto Dell's supply monitoring. Mike
