Keith, what don't you understand about Dempsey's TERRIBLE power specs? The sun is going to shine through all of 2006. Once Dempsey arrives, Intel will have similar performance to Opteron in a uniprocessor configuration, but only at the cost of 60% (!) more power.

Think what performance AMD could achieve with a 60% TDP boost.
