It's Bush who let Osama Bin Laden go and ignored all warnings before 9-11, then helped create more terrorists than anyone could ever inmagine. Atr the same time he has devastated our military and created all kinds of new threats and enemies around the world, and at home. Bushies are also robbing trillions from the till on Bush's watch.
