I recall the CEO getting options in low 30s when he joined XLNX so selling at 34 doesn't make sense unless there is bad news on the horizon. I realize 5000 shares is a relatively small amount, but it concerns me. I saw that he filed the form 144 when XLNX was at 36. Can anyone post his/her thoughts? Thanks!
