Francois: "remember that Oshinsky is an important part of DCHT. He says he is a consultant and an investment banker and Corporate Development... he is a very visible part of DCHT"
I disagree. He was fastidious enough for long enough about posting his disclaimer that its recent absence shows that, at the very least, DCHT is no longer paying him a $5000/month fee. It might also mean that he has sold the stock they paid him, or it may not - it is possible that if he states that he intends to hold the stock for "investment purposes" he may not have to post a disclaimer, any more than anyone here who owns the stock is legally required to do so.
So your complaints about are about what is now, I believe, an ex-insider of DCHT, in the legal sense, not a current one. He's not doing now the things that he was doing in the past, so I don't see anything to be gained by constantly reiterating them here.
Obviously, he still is strongly associated with the company as a close friend, let us call it, and can surely be a strong influence on its behavior, urging management to behave honestly and correctly I would hope. Repetitious bashing will not further that goal. |
