You're assuming a lot. Only ready to use weaponized WMD's with delivery systems pose any threat to anyone. I will bet you these old shells are are not anywhere near that in terms of any threat level. The fact is Saddam was all bluff when it came to threatening our forces. We invaded and he didn't even put up a fight. If he had had weaponized WMD's that was the time he would have used them.
