There seems to be little political will in Israel to seriously pursue diplomatic solutions at this point in time.

Do you define "diplomatic will" as something only the Israeli side is supposed to come up with, or does the PA also have some responsibility to show diplomatic will, say, by not reneging on its previously signed agreements recognizing Israeli's right to exist?
