Until the market is convinced this is a true turnaround and will not turn around later in the month to once again test near the lows, it is going to be slow going for the "unknown" small caps. Once a lot more of the more popular stocks get going, then action will filter down as people look for the last bargains. We may have to make it through October and early November before it starts to move, unless some good news comes along earlier to get some attention. PATIENCE is the key here for current CYI holders. I strongly feel it is not going to fade away and just biding time. When the time comes, if it is on good volume, we will know the parade has begun.
