The compelling factors in the decision to select SmartStream were needs-specific technical and functional superiority, commitment to short implementation time frames and follow up support services. Challenger and Geac share the view that a partnership approach to business provides the best opportunity for efficient and cost effective back office operations. ---- If they can get more wins like this then sooner or later they should start to get the attention of the big boys and hopefully the price will take off.
