Is it part of the shipping product (XP x64)? Don't know. It hasn't been up to this point but it has been a free download. Hopefully, the 64 bit version of the Media Encoder will get along with AMD CPUs better than previous versions. Microsoft most likely developed the 64-bit version on AMD processors based on the fact that they use AMD exclusively in their 64-bit application development demo lab.
