I am sure they are in the mail at this very moment... I have seen arguments that Hyundai should have done that. Or they should have trained some Americans to set up a factory that those trainees would likely do only once. Which naturally, would only take a couple of days... When you lack understanding of even the basics, lots of things look simple and obvious. "How hard can it be?" is a phrase that has initiated many a debacle or bottomless money pit. Homebuilt airplanes are an entire sector of such optimists.
