Just why did you highlight that part and not this. North Korea is believed to be pushing the dispute to the brink of crisis in order to extract concessions at the negotiating table. The North has repeatedly called for a nonaggression treaty with the United States, though economic benefits are also a priority for the destitute country. The more GW ignores Kim LL, the more he threatens. Frankly, I think GW has no choice but to ignore Kim's blackmail, and is doing the right thing by cutting of China's and Russia's support for that regime. Without China and Russia, Kim's days are numbered. In fact, one would have to consider that the main reason for NK acknowledging its current nuclear was to blackmail the US for more oil. And when that blackmail backfired, Kim ll is getting desperate to prove how rotten he is in order to make his threats credible. Nice try, but without China or Russia, your bark is worse than your bite.
