Dan Rather's story about Bush was right and you know it. Of course he pulled all kinds of strings to evade duty in Vietnam, then got away with going AWOl and had drug and alcohol problems so he was grounded from flying. Those are all just FACTS.

The one thing the Bush campaign feared most of all was that the press would dig into Bush's cocaine arrest in 1971. The one the Bush family had swept under the carpet. That was the real reason Bush never reported for duty again. And he never learned how to fly really. Nor was he ever willing to go to Vietnam. Just the opposite.
