Spinning top. In the SEC filing. The company alluded to selling or spinning off a part of the company to raise cash for operations...heck I can speculate as good as the next person. <GGGGG>

Not worried about the sleep thing really. Go out and wrestle a steer to the ground will make ya sleep like a baby. LOL
