A change of accountants is ALWAYS worth researching extensively. It often is a signal of severe problems. As for the statement regarding the registrant notifying them of their desire to choose a firm that is local, that makes sense. BUT, the additional statement regarding the firm having knowledge of operations in spanish speaking countries is suspect. Portuguese is the official language in Brazil.
