One of the interesting things about this stock is whether we are being taken for a ride while the insiders sell everything they can or if this stock is deliberately being driven down. If it has been driven down part of the reason for that would be to take away fund raising capability. Obviously if the stock price is at $6 it wouldn't have been that hard, but when a stock falls from $7.75 to $0.08 it makes potential investors shrink from putting anything into ORXX. One of the things that has concerned me is the perceived inability of ORXX to raise funds. My thinking is that they will probably use material that has already been mined to prove that the HGP works and is economical on a larger scale, mainly because the ability to raise significant funds without totally reducing their share value in the company would be impossible at this point. My thinking is that this stock has been purposefully run down but I don't rule out that this is a scam because it is a penny stock. My thinking is that if they can prove the system works even without mining and only using already mined materials that they will have no problem raising funds. But at this point with the stock movement what investor with half a brain would throw money at this? We can only hope that this possibility had been thought out in advance and they have funds set aside for this rainy day. I only hope that the SEC does investigate what is going on after the demonstration one way or the other.
