Accounting for this type of transition could either be through a charge under their existing structure, or create the wireless tracker and just explain the whats/whys of converting to CDMA, then account for it either via a charge, or just explain you are following the Sprint PCS model and hope the market affords a similar valuation for some duration of net losses. Either way, you gotta admit you screwed up in the first place. Coots
