Why yes, I have tried Wan Fu with Chinese. Though some Wan Fu can get awfully sake-esque, I haven’t tried it with sushi (but I will). For Chinese, Tai, etc., etc., I usually take something spicey and sweet like a garden variety Gewurztraminer.
