Intel stated that they did those practices. However, they think that those practices are legal and say so. The court disagreed. The court states that those are illegal practices and thus, Intel is guilty. In either case, Intel did those practices, only you seem to disagree.

You think like a murderer. He was convicted of murder when he pleaded no contest. I killed them he said, but that was done legally. No,the court stated, killing like that is illegal and you are sentenced to life imprisonment. Case closed.
