In terms of growth, the chances are zero that DELL will exceed its best quarterly number of the past two years.

If by some strange freak of nature DELL could show the same sharp growth in revenues and net income that it exhibited from time to time in the past, the stock would indeed go up, and go up sharply. But the chances of that scenario happening are miniscule.
