| The Dems have absolutely taken them for granted, but it's all they can do. They are cemented to the teachers' unions, high taxes, and abortion. Bush has an easy task for 2004. He doesn't have to win a majority of the Hispanics. That will come in time, and, unless the Dems finally drop the atheistic left, it's guaranteed. He simply has to get a good 40's number in that group for now, and a SANE number among the blacks, say 25%, to get a landslide reelection. As far as the black vote goes, anyone who believes in a solid 94% liberal vote is kidding themselves. It doesn't happen in a clean-voting system, folks. Limit the vote manufacturing, spend some resources in black precincts, and the black vote will start to level.
