Elmer, sorry I missed your reply from a few days ago. Yes, you are correct that AMD vapor launched its mobile 64 just as Intel vapor launched the Smithfield. And I won't even try to split hairs with you on the various degrees of guilt. And no I do not have a double standard for AMD and Intel. Fact is...you can buy something today or you can't. I'm not impressed at all with what can be bought in a few weeks or months, and the investment community seems to have a similar view. Neither AMD or Intel have done much to impress recently. Looks like Intel might have done much better on earnings though. And ultimately that gets more visibility than what's going on down in the weeds. Buck
