cOUSIN SHORTY--You are right on the money as usual.
The one thing that the people who are releasing this are forgetting is self medication. People are STOOPID! And they are probably more stupid than their dogs. There is going to be a bunch of people out there who figure "If this mellows out Rover, I wonder what it will do for me? Let's see now Rover weighs 50 lbs and he gets one pill. I weigh 150 so I will need eight to feel mellow."
So we will soon have scenes where Rover who is smart enough not to want these pills will be running around the yard digging up the flower bed and using his owner for a fire hydrant. While his owner is laying in the yard knocked out and drooling on himself because he had to check the pills out. [This will happen you can count on it!]
So with luck the pills will feel good to people and they will take them off the market.
