I am disappointed that this thread's direction has turned from the issues at hand, instead deteriorating into insults to the posters.
IMO, Bush and Gore will be the candidates who get the most votes next November. We should discuss their merits and demerits.
I am a conservative, and agree with c.horn. Bush may not be ideal - who is? - and I prefer his values and positions to those of Gore. Gore seems to be a changeling who took lessons from his current boss and his father; if one wants more Clinton, vote for Gore. You won't be disappointed.
