The recent 144 was only for 300 shares.

Two officers are listed as having sold 2300 shares between March and May, and four officers are listed as having sold 11,233 in February.

The CFO was recently reported to have bought 10,000 at 12-5/8 on 5/19, so we seem to be in good company.

In the Karma department, I recently changed my long-standing buy at 10.00 to buy market at 11-5/8, having missed the mark too many times. That must be the real reason for this downdrift. Nothing to worry about.
