You know that the live attenuated vaccine could be reverted to virulent not to mention the normal side effect so the medical record is very important beside the vaccination normally covered by insurance company so the paper work is also important. Therefore, you know whether it could be taken home. It is just as not every drug could be used at home. As I said a UK company is developing a dead flu vaccine which could be deliveried nosal as well. If it is a measle vaccine deliveried nosally would be great because the vaccinees could obtain life protection after immunized with a live attenuated measle vaccine but you could not get a life immunity after infected by flu virus so that such life attenuated vaccine is not as good as a dead flu virus vaccine.
