We live in atypical times. The use of terror against civilian populations has been all too common. Yes its unlikely that someone who has critical knowledge of an impending disaster would be in custody at the critical moment. But if we had such a character in custody on 9/11, perhaps we would have had time to neutralize that operation. If our pre-9/11 intel was better, we might have actually realized that we had such a person in custody in MN. mike
