I've read the proxy an am very irritated, but not surprised. Further, I would not be surprised if the stock price went down to $.03 before the end of the year.

A few posts ago I mentioned how the shares outstanding increased from 39 MILLION to 63 MILLION.

Now NCII admits that once all convertible shares are converted, there will be 117 MILLION shares outstanding.

Now NCII want the ability to have 200 MILLION shares outstanding!!!

If NCII's banks don't think NCII is worth a LOAN, why should we continue to give them our money knowing that OUR STOCK will LOSE HALF OF ITS VALUE?

If NCII's strategic partners don't think NCII is worth a LOAN, why should we continue to give them our money knowing that OUR STOCK will LOSE HALF OF ITS VALUE?

If NCII needs an additional 83 MILLION shares to offer employees as warrants/options them NCII should BUYBACK 83 MILLION of the diluted shares outstanding!!!!!

Afterall, If NCII is going to be so great after they change their name to Digital Systems Development, Inc. then why don't they think $.06 a share is a good price at which to BUYBACK 83 MILLION shares!!!!!

Maybe, NCII wants to wait until the stock DROPS to $.03 before they do a buyback.
