Yes, in addition consumers will be required to download the CyberCash wallet, and manually update their Quicken check register. A sloppy procedure at best, I don't think many consumers will be willing to go through all the hoops.

I'm not sure, but the rumor was that they needed someone who was actually processing transactions to bring more credibility to the company.
