I note with some interest, and disdain, your pugnacious behaviour towards other participants on this thread. You have clearly violated the spirit of this informal agreement and will no doubt ' reap the whirlwind ' in this regard.

You have only to refer to some of your recent postings, and you will see that you are so swept up in all your conspiracy theories, that you have lost the ability to discern what reality is. It is time you rid yourself of this Roswell, JFK, conspiracy syndrome , and take some leave of absence. Perhaps the role of the Pied Piper is too difficult to master?

The pressure has no doubt taken its toll, as you infer that Mr Maduna and Mr Oppenheimer whilst enjoying a game of bridge, are conspiring against SUF. The spokesman for SUF, accusing the South African Government of double dealing, or worst, criminal activities? You have made it abundantly clear that you view SA of being another Banana republic. Are you surprised that NGS has commented on the fact, that any companies harbouring your patronizing views are not welcome in SA.? Your attitude towards the SA Government and particularly the DME has been one of hostility, to say the very least. I am sure that the Minister will keep this in mind when deciding on SUF's application in terms of section 24.

Contrary to your accusations of bribery, corruption etc, the DME is not predisposed towards any particular party, especially NGS or De Beers. Has it not crossed your mind, that if the Minister had evidence of irregularities, pertaining to the registration of the relevant mineral rights, that he would have taken the necessary corrective action to undo this perceived wrong, or would you accuse the Minister of perpetuating a crime? After all, the Minister has known about this matter for some time now.

SUF, by withdrawing their application in terms of section 17, has acknowledged who the legal owners of the mineral rights are. You must either acknowledge that this is indeed the case, or repeat your allegations that the DME is corrupt. What would be your choice?

Section 17 is history or has that slipped your mind?
