Jon, open several accounts, just for research. I have a bunch of on-line accounts. I have found that the ones that I thought I liked I ended up using less and less- in favor of accounts I had prejudice againts. I'm now in the process of closing up my mess and getting back to 3 brokers- one biggie, and two on-liners. Try out DLJ direct for a while. As much as I don't want to like them, I guess I do. After getting the JBOH application forms, I couldn't even bring myself to send them $5k. Then I went short. But that's just me. Perhaps the users are having a good experience-- and they should hope JBOH stays small so their services won't be strained. That's why I always tell people my primary on-line broker sucks!
