I agree with your post "most" of the way. I'm am always more impressed with insider BUYING than selling and realize that SOME selling is totally options related.

However, 170K shares at 60 bucks for 10mill? Seems inordinately large.
Also Assend has seen LOTS of Insider selling pressure since the first of the year.
The CDA newsletter had targeted them a few months ago. CDA, as you probably know, screens out the options related selling that you have referenced.
