Jeffrey,

>>Thanks for the link to the Insider trades. EXCELLENT! Where'd you find it? Is there one for Insider "BUYING" too?<<

The same site has both sales and purchases. Here is the link:

insidertrader.com

Once there, just hit the first link to "Insider Trading Summaries". They update it weekly and also provide monthly summaries that are archived. It certainly is a great site. At some point they say they are going to charge $4.95/month. Seems like a bargain to me.

>>Did you see CASCADE??? WOW! 6 insiders selling LARGE blocks at an average of 30 bucks! Bay also selling BIG at 19 bucks.<<

I saw the CSCC and BAY sales also. Note that there were also some insider purchases at BAY.

>>Found it interesting that 3COM, FORE, CISCO, USRX were all absent from the selling.<<

Unless I missed something, the last USRX sale was a few weeks before the merger was announced. The prices for those sales were @68 which is approximately what USRX was valued at based on COMS share price the day the merger was announced. It's an interesting exercise to go back to December and see how the insider sales at COMS and USRX coincide with various events (earnings announcments, x2 progress, merger, etc.). If you do so, you would think the sales were more than coincidence. That's why I'm leaning towards the conclusion that the current sales at ASND, CSCC, and BAY are not good signs for those companies. BAY might be an exception since there were also some purchases.
