Hassel, My main point was to counter the accusation, carelessly thrown about by many, that management has intentionally lied and mislead. I don't believe they have. I'm not sure how you define entrepreneurial vs. professional. Do you know the backgound of, say, Bernie Schneider, or Bob Dahl? What specifically do you think management needs to do differently, besides licensing critical technology from their key competitor? Skipper
