Jeffery it would be attractive to Rockwell. The ROK CEO was on CNBC yesterday and they asked him if ROK was interested in USR...to which he replied that USR wasn't in their future (or something like that).

ROK is spinning off their Automotive Division now, so I'd bet they will be after some company soon.
