I disagree with the author. I will admit I have't looked at the rate of change. But he has his directions wrong, it is good short term OB/OS indicator. If trin changes .30 cents lower, you move towards an OB condition. Time to review selling not buying. Chande's Market trust is a better variation Who wrote this? I hope he provided additional info in his zine.
