They might be good partners for MSFT to learn and copy from, but MSFT is out to totally dominate software, every aspect. They could care less, if SAP,VNTV and Baan have hurt feelings.

MSFT believes that these "partners" need MSFT more than MSFT needs them.

Sad, but true.
