New information (at least to me) from Yahoo thread:

by: mitt2010 May 5 19981:17PM EDT:

Spoke to IR Today. First time poster & also discouraged shareholder.
Talked to Neal Sanders (IR) today - actually he returned my call within an hour. I asked the following questions:

1) Status of Nasdaq national market listing.
- Should be anyday. He answered a few questions from a
representative yesterday. There shouldn't be any problems. Out of their hands. Just a matter of time.

2) How did CA world conference go? New contracts?
- Conference was great. Totally lived up to there
expectations. Got several leads. No details to report now.

3) Block trade last week & why?
-- A shareholder at the second private placement who got in at $11 was looking for a quick buck after earnings announcement. When
stock didn't fly, he wanted out. Out at $10.50. No insiders selling.

4) Additional institutional coverage.
- Working on. Nothing new to report.

5) Addtional comments?
-- Company very strong. Excited about future. Y2K currently out favor. No body knows when that will change. Link with CA
vital & very important to company . It is important that company has a
vision beyoud 2000.- Overall very positive. Unfortunately, I see the
stock down again today. I guess I will hold. Others may want to call
Neal Sanders (800-829-7614). Please post your discussions.
