Jack-Much discretionary spending will be deferred-but whoever wants Playstation II will buy without a thought about Y2K. The internet commerce wanna-be must be able to do business; all of those corporations buying Y2K compliant hardware will want to connect it; the DVD and the D-cam are issues that Y2K will have little to no impact on; the telecoms can't wait to position for market share; How will all this transmitted data be stored awaiting transmission or use?
Sure, there are factors depressing revenues but they are counter-balanced at least. Besides, why did the price of the stock come all the way to this level?
