Meyer's speech is long, but the second half or so does give some clues about their current thinking. Lingering concerns about the health of the economy, etc., sound rather bullish to me.
I expect some more maneuvers by the Fed.
BTW, gasoline keeps coming down at the pump here, a buck 41 at WMT. Diesel's still pretty steep at a buck 45, but the trend is rather clear.
Diablo Canyon (a big nuke) back on-line in California helps too, so all in all, things starting to look a bit brighter.
Some of SI's threads are really hopping tonight, this one included.
