JD, Thanks for the link. I am hoping that Dell has honed their parts skill under duress after the Taiwan earth quake and will be able to compete with cell phones for their needed parts. I would be interested in a realistic outlook that I can trust from Dell. I am still a little shaky on trusting Dell's management at this point. Would appreciate a more sunny, but reasoned view. Mike
