JD, hidden in the sale Dell makes to any customer is the value of the created relationship. I know the thread has talked about this at length and over time, but it seems to me to be a major issue here. How can Dell give up possibly the most important value part of a sale, when Dell's current win rate is over 60% of contract bids? (I think the win rate may be higher now). Maybe I am missing something and there will be a deal. Thanks for the post. Mike
