LOL...Hugh, you better watch out for frequent post burnout ..or the "Post Toasties Syndrome". Yuh know I meant to say either Norman Conquest or Normandy Invasion ....but I screwed up with a middle. Obviously I have flat run out of things to say about Ampex, other than that I think ..as I told Gus.. that they are casually strolling into rapidly growing markets, equipped with better mousetraps to sell. My only point about possible manipulation..and maybe manipulation is the wrong word .. is the obvious one that stock prices and a business' fortunes often move in totally different directions for awhile - which is what is happening here. But then we count on that for bargains.
