LB, Didn't realize you were still following over here. If anyone knows how to give hell, I would think you'd be the guy! FWIW, last I heard ATIS will be represented at the Goldman Sachs meeting scheduled for June 9. They hit the low 8s early and quickly today before bouncing back and then fading a bit. Looks like people who got excited after the Business Week article expected something from the FDA a bit quickly, and technical trading has generated the recent weakness. However, there is still a lot of strength in the low 8s, and with an increased short % in the last month, it looks as if there is little ways to go down without a thumbs down from the FDA or significant delays in hearing from them(of course, not getting a reinspection scheduled or failing one would fit that bill).
