what do they do when you have a major break in one of your bones in the arms,hands,legs,face,skull,etc.they put steel pins in you or steel plates and screw them to the bone.there is no reaction from the body because the body accepts them. You supposed patient must of had an infection from some other source.Oh yes, get another doctor.
