Russia claimed today that gas and oil exports would be banned on March 1st 2024 due to shutdown of certain refineries do too maintenance cycles. We know that this plausible deniable reason was offered because Russia never admits its faults and weaknesses when it comes to Ukraine. we have shown that Russian capacity for production has been affected not due to required maintenance but due to Ukraines acts of aggression against Russias hydrocarbon production capacity.
