re Dr. Rav-Noy's resignation: any commentary (and commentary was required) would have to be cautious in tone since the SEC would slam them for anything less and so would any lawyer looking for a reason to sue. This was wholly truthful in its essence. Now then, would the new board members have anything to contribute to the company? Surely the prestige of the Nobel winner will help with recruitment of a replacement, but Rav- Noy was COO, wasn't he? Not involved with R & D but an executive charged with running the company. Sounds as if there was a disagreement with the Board and either he fell out of favor or got p*ssed enough to round up his marbles and leave the game. Can only wonder what the issue was... Dee Jay
